Pros
Great work-life balance Good healthcare Tons of resources and support for employees Global footprint (love meeting people from different cultures all over the globe) Tons of opportunity for growth internally I feel that the pay (salary + commission) is fair Indianapolis campus has two on-site gyms, a parking lot basketball court, on-site cafeteria and great collaborative spaces
Cons
Frequent changes to structure, product naming, alignment of resources, processes, etc. Things that should be simple are often overcomplicated or require multiple levels of approval that slows my ability to get answers to people or get things done An overwhelming amount of resources -- this is good, overall, but the negative side of it is that there's no "one-stop-shop" for the things you need to find and often have to ask a chain of people to find the right person that can give you the right answer if you have a question
