      It is easy to work at and be proud of your work at a company that has great products to sell.

      Cons

      Lack of communications between departments and within departments. Minimal to no training for new employees.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
