Pros
Genesys values their employees greatly and it shows in the initiatives that they spearhead. The Genesys culture is very team orientated which is great considering the remote work styles. The company has a clear vision and a really great set of products that are constantly evolving to be more innovative. I'm really happy I made the decision to work at Genesys - it's a great company to be apart of.
Cons
Not many that I can think of- it is challenging to find information sometimes as there's so much to learn and now and many different spots to find it but if you ask someone they can usually help point you in the right direction
