      Employee Safety is a number 1 concern No pressure on anyone to travel or go into an office Care for employee health including mental state by providing Friday's off in August, paid time off from Dec 24 thru Jan 1, created a well-being website for emotional, financial, physical and social resources Continued concern by reminding employees to take time off Overall just a genuine feeling that our personal health in every aspect is the first priority.

      Cons

      None as they have handled this pandemic exceptionally well and I can't imagine any other company doing more for their employees during these times.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
