      Pros

      Professional and respectful people top to bottom Focused on excellence Promotions for those who earn it Haven’t seen any politics Huge growth and success Pay market rates and don’t try to lowball on pay. They mean empathy!

      Cons

      Any company is growth mode will be a strain on working hours. Not expected though. Sometimes takes time to catch up on how busy teams can be. Some teams seriously under-resourced and other (often US based) teams seem to be over-resourced. Sometimes a lack of direction

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
