Pros
Great teamwork with knowledgeable people across the board who are very engaged and committed to deliver the best solution to the market. I like to overall strategy and vision.
Cons
The merger with Alcatel-Lucent enterprise is a mismatch with not a lot of apparent synergies except for reducing the headcount which has not really come on yet. I see heads rolling soon...and the trouble is the good people are leaving!
