      - company has a good market position - Home Office possible - open communication in the team - good solution -dynamic team

      Cons

      - goals sometimes challenging -as the company is getting bigger and bigger, the process getting as well bigger - your own possibilities are sometimes less, if you need changes in products or process for your customers - would like to see more personal coaching/ development - in Germany only sales, consulting positions existing, no strategic positions available

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
