working from home since last year. ceo is great and always communicates about empathy.
Cons
onegenesys is not real like people from other teams or countries do not usually provide help. empathy is always communicated but not really applied. we have leaders who do not really do anything and we have not felt the whole of 2020 but get promoted while we get all the work but get little increase or promotion.
