      It's one company with flexible work schedule, where you can travel around the world with all expenses paid by the company, good salary, bonus based in objetives, interesting IT projects, education and trainings, good collegues... In summary, recommended 101%

      Cons

      If you don't like travelling and if you don't like the direct contact with the customer maybe it's not your ideal company.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
