Salary are higher than average market. You can enjoy a work-life balance. e-learning is always available and colleague is a very good options to learn. Genesys offers much more flexibility for doing things than others companies in the market. Process are very quick and there is no red type.
Cons
Very little process define, what is out of the common way or the normal case it is not defined. Therefore, you can be a bit lost and not get help straight away as nobody know how to do some things. Difficulties to find the right material to develop your work. Answers and solutions could take a while so you need to be patient.
