Thanks for writing. I agree the flexibility on work hours and time off is a great benefit. As I mentioned in another response, it is my experience that people leave and come back because they realize Genesys is overall a much better place to work than anywhere else! We do formal salary reviews annually, and of course, off cycle reviews, included promotions, as needed. If you feel you are not fairly compensated, I encourage you to speak with your manager, VP, or HR partner. ...Tracy
