Pros
The Basic Product is fundamentally solid As in all places there are some nice people Remote/hybrid work model is good
Cons
Grossly understaffed and underpaid Work life balance is horrendous The talk about delivering empathetic experiences, but don't come close to practicing what they preach Employees are asked to do more and more with less and less reward. Benefits have gotten worse every year They are about to go public or be sold, and they will not be sharing that wealth influx with the majority of the employees who helped grow the company. Only a few will benefit New leadership brought in the facilitate the IPO do NOT care for employees, especially legacy ones Product features are oversold, hyped, and do not deliver on the promise, other than the very basic functionality. Stay away, You kiss this frog, you won't get your prince
