The opportunity to leverage my expertise and take it to the next level as we create new Programs has been outstanding. Having empathy at the core of how we lead externally and internally is very inspiring. Many great projects to help the company embrace growth and having fun as we do it !

I haven't had any downsides in my 9 months, I am really happy to have joined this company.

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
