11yIt’s nice that you notice we are doing more every day to improve the employee experience; we actually receive a lot of great comments about our cohesive sense of culture and community and the increase in leadership communication. However, sometimes beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I understand that Open Time Off policies might be confusing to some. However, to be clear, there is not a specific limit; as with most companies that have OTO programs, time off is agreed upon between the employee and their manager. Our goal is to ensure everyone has a good work/life balance and any concerns about how individual managers implement this program should come to our HR team or department VP.
Regarding options, every single employee gets an option grant; a fact we are very proud of.
