Pros
Good benefits package. Group RRSP (company matches a certain percentage of your contributions). Good salary. Working on innovative teams. Good people on the product teams.
Cons
Poor job security for some teams. There is no loyalty to people and products; they'll do whatever it takes to hit their annual financial goal. It can be a very stressful place to work; the work-life balance might not exist for you, depending on what you're working on. The performance/career goal planning process feels juvenile. Employees are building enterprise-level software; they don't need or want off-the-shelf or on-trend goal planning processes. In all the years that I worked for the company, I never felt that the performance planning process was useful to me.
