Pros

Colleagues and teamwork was great Bonus was good Environment didn't seem to be political unlike other company's that Ive worked for

Cons

CEO has a history of making redundancies where ever hes worked. Lots of training on Empathy but doesn't show it to loyal staff members Internal training was lacking just thrown in at the deep end to the detriment of supporting customers

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
