Flexible PTO, August Fridays off, company shuts down from Christmas to New Year, there are some great people and managers, remote flexibility
Cons
Lack of transparency in communication top down, lack of empathy in handling layoffs, lack of leadership training for managers to be real leaders, culture pushes out empathetic leaders in favor of those who grind people down to ensure they deliver results no matter the cost.
