      1. Disappointed with the Quality of Work being assigned. 2. Immatured managers who think drawing coloring on the wall, giving away swag and arranging snacks is engagement. 3. Brushing away feedback from employees and imagining employee initative like G-Radio which are no use to anybody. 4. No sensible career progression or learning 5. Listen to employees and look at assigning better quality of work

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
