      Pros

      You’ll probably love your coworkers. Clear business strategy and high performer in the market. Competitive salaries.

      Cons

      No stock ownership. 401k match is below average. Emerging company trying to find its sea legs. Lots of growing pains. People programs are not well adopted so people leader performance is wide ranging and inconsistent. Career development opportunities are few and far between.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
