      Open time off and a month of Fridays off. Encouraged to use new tech and provides opportunities to learn. Management understands the competitive job market and cares about incentivizing retention. Understanding and accepting of remote work.

      Cons

      Call center software isn’t always “thrilling” to work on. Experiences vary a fair amount between teams.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
