Poor training and execution on planning. Parts of the business are in complete chaos with no organisation in place. Management is all over the place too, poor structure, lack of support and micro managing with an unrealistic workload and expectations. If you're lower than them on the hierarchy then they will treat you as such. The values around empathy does not seem to exist, it's just a buzzword. Very negative, toxic environment that will lead you to burnout. They're very open to expressing that you're just a number. People don't quit Genesys, they vanish, with little to no mention when others leave and no recognition to employees as people.
