Pros
My team is absolutely amazing. I love working with them. They're so supportive and so much fun. There is more cross-function collaboration. It's still a work in progress, but I see it as a positive that teams across functions are working together more.
Cons
There is a lack of transparency about timelines, which means projects feel very rushed at times. Additionally, my part of the business is still growing, so it means we try a lot of things, and it can get confusing about who to report to and what tools or processes to use. There's also been some churn including some high-level directors and VPs moving to different parts of the business or leaving the company which means there is sometimes a lack of leadership. There isn't a lot of transparency about career development. Although there is a career framework, I'm not sure how to use it.
