I acknowledge that change is difficult, and I am extremely proud of how rapidly Genesys has evolved, successfully responding to a rapidly changing competitive landscape as we move into the cloud. Our strategy is to invest internally and also to go outside. In the case of cloud, we are leveraging many long time employees, but we have also gone outside for talent and have acquired over a dozen companies as you probably know. I for one am confident that we will continue to be the leading provider of contact center and customer engagement solutions.
If you have not escalated some of your more tactical concerns internally to me or your management, I recommend you consider doing so. Thanks again for taking time to share your thoughts.
