Pros
The people here are awesome! Smart, fun professionals who get things done quickly. In my previous company it would take a hundred meetings to get anything accomplished, the opposite is true here. There is an undercurrent of collaboration and teamwork in all departments, so you won't feel isolated even if you are working remote. Leaders value work/life balance, fresh ideas, and the company overall is in a big growth/change state right now so this is a great time to jump on-board and make an impact.
Cons
So far I have not encountered any downsides to working here. The only thing I can think of is if you are a person who is not comfortable with virtual teams/meetings etc..working here may be tough at first. Genesys is a global company with offices all over North America and the globe so not everyone is in one campus/in front of you.
