      Pros

      Extra free days off No company wide home office policy. Manager can decide it. Most people go once a week to office. Fair compensation Interview (for my team) focuses mostly on culture fit, we don’t have anyone who is hard to work with Workload is inconsistent but mostly easy to manage

      Cons

      Using terrible internal chat app instead of slack or teams Too many processes around the development life cycle CEO does not do employee QA. Quarterly company all hands does not address controversial topics, only happy news allowed.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
