      Pros

      Genesys is the market leader for customer experience and contact center software and cloud, Has a great focus on customers and employees. Great culture: collaborative and very international. Heathy financially with good job security and benefits. On BART with easy commute from SF. Community oriented with many opportunities for volunteerism.

      Cons

      If you are prepared to work hard, there are very few cons. Not a lot of restaurants near Daly City office.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
