Pros
Good pay and benefits, awesome co-workers and collaboration.
Cons
Up to 7 hrs of calls a day leaving not much time to actually perform work and complete objectives due to their interpretation and implementation of agile methodologies. Work life balance was terrible, worked 12 - 16 hr days without much recognition. Constant layoffs.
