No training opportunities for staff. It is all about money. No promotion. In 10 years they gave 4 1% raises to staff. Morale is below terrible. The admin does not care about the employees they are fully focused on money. No vision, President even said this in his inaugural address to the faculty and staff "I have no vision for where Geneva will go in 10 years"
