Cons
The office culture was once fantastic, but in the past month or so, it has deteriorated. The company is losing key people and retaining individuals who may not be the right fit. There are remote workers and those in other countries who believe they understand the office dynamics but are often uninformed and still making decisions. Additionally, there are several managers who should not be in leadership positions, which negatively impacts those working with them. While there are many loyal employees, that loyalty is not always reciprocated by senior leadership. The c-suite and executive teams are largely made up of individuals who have been with the company for a long time but may not necessarily be the right people for their roles. Fortunately, the company has recently started hiring externally for these positions, which could bring much needed change. Very little room for growth. There also seems to be a stark contrast in how the tech side values its employees compared to the commercial side, which is reflected in the overall team dynamics.
