For as large as the company is, there are many moving parts in terms of multiple different groups working on separate projects. Senior level management tend to reveal all positives about the company, yet when asked about things more in-depth everything seems to go silent. Revolving door with higher level management that seem to get hired, provide little to no help to guide their team in any sort of direction, only to be replaced shortly after and going back to the drawing board. Luckily there are some teams that have processes and procedures in place that have been robust enough to keep things working for the most part.
