Pros
Smart people, absolutely incredible culture, they take great care of employees. Monthly or bi-monthly company shutdown day, lots of flexibility in your everyday life, still not a too siloed company, great compensation packages, generally a high salary level, extremely inspiring CEO. Pretty laid-back culture.
Cons
Hard to think of any cons. Work/life balance can sometimes be challenged a bit due to office locations in Denmark, Netherlands, US, and Japen. Mix of timezones can often lead to meetings at weird hours. Company is really trying to combat that, though.
