I realized how an employee should not be treated

I joined as an intern and was given an offer of full time through campus placements. But, it turned out that they were exploiting young Bioinformatics professionals. I was selected based on python and bioinfo skills but was given assignments and tasks that were no where related to what I studied and there was no take away lesson. They used to tell that they will make all the Interns into full times and would give false hopes. Till the end, no one from our batch got into full time nor did they get any stipend for working as trainee inspite of being promised by the company.
