Not a software engineering firm. They don't create anything for themselves. They recruit for contracts and try to hire someone into the contract without knowing who the person is. If the contract is over with the firm they are doing business with, you could lose your job in a day. While I worked there, they pushed everyone to write GOOD reviews on Glassdoor because they wanted to get their rating higher. Glassdoor doesn't let you update your older reviews.
