Pros
Friendly work place, very family oriented plus they seem to care about employees. I had a co worker who's contract ended and they kept him on the payroll for 3 months until they found him another position. I don't understand the negative review from someone that claims worked there for over a year but found nothing good to say about it. Obviously a negative person.
Cons
No Company is perfect. I've yet to find a Utopian work place. Could use some better communication between management and employees.
