      The interview process was easy and it the role itself was easy

      Cons

      None of the SMEs or QAs knew what they were doing and were all friends so they would back each other up on wrong decisions. They would change their mind on how they interpreted policy and never raised any ambiguous areas to the client. It’s no wonder everyone was made redundant.
