Majority of Night shift projects. No WFH allowed. Toxic leaders who want to treat subordinates like slaves. No proper drinking water or coffee machine. Canteen is also providing downgraded food. They dont care about employee health. It feels like school. 20 earned leaves are given but we are not allowed to take them.
