      WLB can be good if your immediate manage is supportive High autonomy in some roles

      Cons

      The company is hugely bureaucratic and top down- leaders behave unprofessionally and HR is a smoke screen (doesn’t exist) It’s become an Indian “Lala” Company CEO comes across as a tyrant
