Pros
They never fire you, in my project work pressure was minimal. You gonna like it if you don't have any ambition left just want a job with fix pay because don't expect much of hike
Cons
They don't provide glasses in their water dispensers if you forgot to your bottle you gonna die thirsty that day ... They make you work 10 hours and track your production aux as well as break aux, No gift policy also if you take leave they will deduct your entire incentive..your whole month performance will be null and you will get NI ratings. Work life balance forget about it ..it's good if you are in band 2 or 3
