Pros
Lots of work to keep you busy. Good base. Great new office in Liverpool Street. You can do well if you’ve been in the company 20 years everyone else is an outsider.
Cons
Most toxic culture. Constant reporting. Poor leadership. High turnover in NextGen and leadership. No appreciation for staff. Impossible targets so they can fire you in 2 years. This was a great company a couple of years ago but went down hill fast. People treat people poorly and it’s sad to see. Expect you to work 24/7.
