      You have your own thought process in Genpact. You can learn many new techniques and study lots of courses provided by Genpact. Very much employee friendly and Open door policy helps to keep your thoughts directly to the higher authority. Good exposure to have Lean and Six Sigma certification. One of the best in Analytics .. :)

      AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
