      Pros

      Brand can help grab new opportunities. Good for freshers, especially for those who doesn't have a good academic track record. One can boost up his confidence by joining such a big Brand. Training is quite good.

      Cons

      Worst payer. Makes its Band 5 level employees work till they are exhausted, this is called Exploitation. Doesn't co-operate at all with those employees who want to study side-by-side and want to grow. Unfair leave policy.

      Market rate compensation, not much else

      Cons

      AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
