- Lots of opportunities for job rotation, learning - Open to employees try new roles, new departments etc - Ensures that it is not all work and no play - As a fresher, learnt a lot in the 3.5 years spent in Genpact
Cons
- Shifts, which is the case with all third part BPOs - Cost centre, hence very particular about cutting down costs on G&A
