Pros

every rules and Process are good according to BPO concept and specialy for BPO people who are working in call center process.

Cons

But the same process and rules applied with other engineering services and technical jobs or software department. which is very problematic to do work in office. no internal services provided easily even when you have joined as on management. staff doesn't follow the business etiquette from junior to middle management level up to managerial activity.

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
