It's a large global organization - depending on which vertical/industry/location you are in you may be having a very different experience than your coworkers. HR is entirely lacking/invisible. Not enough women leaders across the board. There is poor acknowledgement of people leaving and no replacement of employees when they do leave, which means increasing workload for those remaining. Expectation that you will work across timezones - not a deal breaker, but worth knowing that early mornings/evening work is required.
