      Great organization to start with. Awsome work environment and learning opportunities for freshers.

      Cons

      One of the lowest paying company. They provide excellent trainings to enhance and develop the personality to the freshers, but they pay as low as they can cover for this.

      AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
