      I have nothing nice to say about Genpact.

      Cons

      No raises, HR is never to be found. Not sure Genpact has one. Probably will need a lawyer at some point for major differences in pay for the same role. Management is all about their pay and numbers they don't care about their people. Takes 6 weeks to on board. DO NOT TAKE A POSITION LESS THAN $20 AN HOUR.
