Pros

Decent pay for the area- but considering job expectations- extremely underpaid. Friendly coworkers Not a "call center environment-therefore no "actual metrics" Limited need to be on the phone Time off requests are approved regardless of being a temp/perm No forced overtime Work with your schedule

Cons

Terrible management style- at one point it was great- until analysts were "promoted"- These individuals lacked knowledge, empathy, and personality. You are held accountable for everything on your "properties", whether you are off that day/week or not. Management will attempt to find you assistance when your "workload is too high"-however-people do whatever they want- so you get no help and this is never enforced. "Management" will openly admit- people do not listen to what they are supposed to do- so there is no reason to say anything. -Very cliquey environment- if you are a part of it- you are golden, if not- consider yourself a target. Management and management helpers have unprofessional sexual relationships with those they are supposed to be managing- producing a very biased environment. Management and helpers openly insult and talk badly about someone and their performance in front of everyone. Most gossipy place I have ever worked at Job functions that should be completed by management or their "helpers" is passed off to regular analysts. If issues arise that will cause major problems- management and helpers leave the building, but expect you to do an immense amount of overtime. The absolute most stressful job I have ever had

Pros

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
