Pros
Having worked for about 10 years, I can proudly state that the company is a good place to start your career with, learn and get trained. I worked here for such long purely because I did not want to get out of my comfort zone. I always gave my best and even 2 months before my exit from the company I have been awarded the 'individual excellence' award.
Cons
When employees spend almost '10-12 hours' in office trying to work extra hard to get that growth and pay, it is worth taking a look at their profiles and moving them to next level, rather than to promote people who 'talk more, work less'. Give more importance to people who work hard and build them to be your leaders. The less I talk about smart working people and the importance company attaches to them the better for the people who are reading this review.
