Pathetic management, whatever is left of it. There is a lot of 'hierarchical' hypocrisy where most of the people look at your designation before even responding to you. Things are mismanaged and things are done on need basis. There is no attempt to align things. People don't care about you or your learning. For them everything is urgent - they do not care about you. Surprisingly, this is a degraded division in Genpact where you are a commodity.
