Pros

They work you into the ground. Early mornings, late nights. Weekends. During vacations (when you are able to take them). 80, 90, 100 hours weeks are commonplace. If you are having trouble keeping up, they reccommend (order) you to take a time management training course (via a remote computer based training website that frequently crashes). You either get tough or get out.

Cons

Pros

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
